Most of our common repairs will take 30-45 minutes to complete, i.e Broken screens, Battery replacement, Charging ports, Camera replacement, speaker, etc subject to stock availability. Logic board repairs will take an estimated 3-5 business day and in some cases, it may take longer up to 02 weeks.
Yes, we provide 03 months warranty on all our repairs and If the same problem occurs during the warranty period we will assess the device to see If the same problem has occurred and we will cover it under warranty at no cost. The warranty doesn’t cover Physical/Liquid damage, wilful damage, or third-party attempted repair.

We accept all Australian major debit/Credit cards in-store, in person you can also pay by cash.
Unless it is required to remove information as part of the repair, we make every effort to keep it. These repairs typically include liquid damage or software issues. When you bring in your device, please let us know if your data is especially valuable.

For all small projects and designs, we always need upfront payment. For more advanced projects and complex artworks 50% deposit is required before any design work will commence. The final payment should be made when your files are ready to be sent to you.
